Jackie at the front desk continually went above and beyond providing excellent service. She made my stay feel effortless and welcome in the space. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.
I really like this place and I’m glad I chose it. We will definitely stay here again. Solid location close to the beach, but not close enough where it’s prohibitively expensive. Great breakfast with solid options, very friendly and helpful staff, they are the main reason why I will stay here again. Big TV in the room, fridge and microwave. Clean. Thank you!
Honestly I was skeptical at first, but it was a really great choice. We will be returning, if we are ever in the area again. You can smell the fabuloso and cleanliness when you walk into the lobby. Always saw them working hard and keeping everything clean. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and shower while you explore, this is it. Parking is also FREE. Covered little parking garage connected to the building. The staff was kind and very helpful as well. There was not a time I felt unsafe here. It’s also a short drive to Crystal Pier/Mission beach! Many shops and food places down the street. Will be returning.
This had all the amenities, pool, hot tub, continental breakfast, and location. We're 11 minutes from the beach. The rooms are a bit small and parking is tight, other than that, this place is great. They have the best breakfast though. As a roadie, we go to a lot of different locations around America to set up concerts, so all the amenities are important for a comfortable stay. We are definitely going to come back to this one when we come to San Diego.
It was a smooth check in and checkout. I checked online easily. The front desk handed my key with no problems. It was late night and im glad I didn't have to be there longer than I should. Thank you!!! Rooms were very clean and I had a restful night! I will be returning !!!
Great hotel. They keep it really clean. It’s conveniently located next to the freeway. But it’s not easy access to Mission Bay. It takes longer than you think. You do hear the freeway a bit. But for the price, I’m definitely not gonna complain. It was a great place to stay.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. The halls, carpets, room decor was very fresh and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
The night receptionist provided exceptional service. Parking is a little tight and the parking garage clearance is only 6'5''. it's close enough to everything but far enough away that it's quiet this hotel is kid friendly and reasonably priced
